Megha Talwar is offering a coaching service where she will educate you on nutrition, exercising and psychology of a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable.
While there is plenty of information out there, it is not helpful to blindly apply it without understanding where you currently are and what can realistically be applied at that stage. Applying dietary hacks blindly wastes time and effort. My role is to make the relevant information concise and provide you with what you need at that stage. Every single person has a unique life so it is important to consider where they are and take it from there. My role with you will be to provide relevant dietary and fitness information for the stage you are in and then help you to customize that abstract information and apply it to your individual life without overwhelming you.
Learning a skill comes in two stagesā¦educating yourself on the relevant information and understanding how you can apply that education effectively to gain the desired outcome. Then applying the information in real timeā¦once you apply the informationā¦you will learn about yourselfā¦your own flaws and your inner strength.
Education and application are equally importantā¦education teaches you the right direction to take while application helps you build the confidence in yourself about that skill.
The process will have its ups and downs because life is not linear but the aim is to become more resilient through these challengesā¦

My aim is to target your mind regarding habits, beliefs, systems and health. I have an educational background in psychology, nutrition and personal training. I believe each one of is connected to the other and I want to target each one to truly bring out your best potential into your reality. My aim is not to give you short weight loss result but to make you a better version of yourself which requires digging deep into your personality, life commitments, priorities and self esteem. This process is a longer commitment but I hope to bring out your best self that will stay.

- 1. Consultation - I cannot provide helpful solutions without any context. Initially, you will be giving me details regarding your dietary habits, dietary beliefs, body measurements, lifestyle details, health records, working hours, life stress/responsibilities, emotional wellbeing, priorities, commitments, your physical activity, your autonomy/any muscular imbalances, hormonal health, gut health, skin, energy levels, stress levels, immune system, heart health, digestion issues, food sensitivity, chronic inflammation, sleeping patterns, metabolic health, exhaustion and low mood.
- 2. Nutrition and Training Plans - I will then create a suitable customised nutrition and exercise plan for you based on the information.
- 3. Weekly Check ins - We will be doing weekly check in appointments that address any concerns regarding the plans but my main aim with the weekly calls will be to start changing your belief systems and mindset.
- 4. I believe that everything in life is connected so whatever decisions you are making will have a direct impact on your physical health. I will aim to teach you on how to navigate situations better in order to develop you into a person that is mentally and physically balanced and well intentioned.
Who is this Service for...
This service is for someone that wants to improve the way they think and look. I do NOT want any clients that want a set of diet and training plans while, they invest no time of their own in improving themselves. I have the knowledge but I would like to share it with people that understand its value. The aim is to become a balanced individual that looks good but also has the capacity to think critically regarding their heathā¦

As a teenager, I was very conscious in myself. I first tried exercising at the age of 17. I became addicted to it as it helped me develop many character traits such as resilience and persistence that I wanted to see in myself.
I was always interested in Psychology which led me to pursuing my degree in it however, after finishing my degree, I made the decision to do a personal training qualification as my love for exercising got the better of me. I started working as a personal trainer.
Alongside personal training, I started competing in fitness modelling shows. As I was competing, I started recognising my underlying trauma that was being triggered in challenging situations. I did not know how to handle stress or understand my own overreactions. While, I did manage to change my physique massively, I did not feel proud of how I used to act or who I was as a person. I didnāt act like the person I truly wanted to be. I was a prisoner to my own impulses and trauma with exercise and nutrition being my coping outlet.
I made the choice of going through therapy and gaining self awareness. It truly improved my emotional intelligence. It made me realise how narrowly I was focused on exercise and nutrition only while completely ignoring the psychology behind it all when coaching clients. I made the choice of doing in depth research through self help books, reading on psychological explanations of eating disorders, behavioural habits regarding foods, food addiction and self esteem. It made me realise how important it was to target the mind when coaching clients. It completely changed my approach.
In this period I went through a psychological and physical glow up of my own defeating my own fears and heading towards a life that I truly wanted to lead. I became the person I wanted to see myself become. I am no longer a prisoner to my own impulses. In fact, I command my own direction in life and I want to teach others how to be their best self mentally and physically.
I lead people from the front. Everything I know and suggest comes from a place of first hand experience and putting my own suggestions into application my own self first. You cannot lead others if you arenāt willing to do it yourself first.
The process i intend to teach you took 15 years worth of investment and multiple tough lessons. I intentionally exposed myself to a lot of uncomfortable situations that I feared to gain this wisdom. I hope to infect others with my driven nature and encourage them to do the same, to face their fears and live their potentialā¦

My speciality is my knowledge on having many body compositions first hand and understanding each one for myself. I specialise in body compositions.

- I have in depth knowledge of theory and practical experience of application of that knowledge. My highest education level is up to a masters degree which has truly improved my theoretical knowledge. I have also competed in fitness modelling shows on a professional and international level which truly improved my practical application skills of the theoretical knowledge that I learnt. I possess strong skills on both ends.
I take pride in being a woman that is currently living out her potential in real life. I want to help others achieve the same for themselves.
