Megha Talwar does not offer any free trials. Before receiving any access to the service, the customer will be required to pay their monthly upfront fees. The customer does not have a right to change their mind and receive a refund if they have already paid for the monthly subscription membership.
Megha Talwar uses English and American databases for dietary reference values to make recommendations. Please bear that in mind when following these recommendations from any other part of the world.
Megha Talwar holds the right to update or edit any recommendations provided to the customers at any given time regarding programs, supplementation or lifestyle habits if she believes that it would be of greater value to the customer without their consent.
The customer must be 18 years or over of age to sign up for this service. Any advice given is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18, currently pregnant, medically ill, physically disabled or a senior citizen.
All the content is recommendations and advice based on evidence based research and personal experience. There is no warranty to any of the content being shared by Megha Talwar as any evidence based research still has its flaws. The customer is responsible for their own safety and wellbeing. They are responsible for voicing any concerns or doubts. They are responsible for monitoring themselves for any dangers to their safety.
Any mistakes made on the website, programs or lifestyle recommendations are not intentional and should be treated as unintentional errors. Especially if there was no form of communication in regard towards mentioning it or correcting it.
The customer will be contacted/emailed at specific occasions such as if, there any issues regarding their registration service subscription, any payment related issues, inappropriate account activity, updates regarding their account, upgrades on the website in any form, any benefits to the customer such as special offers, promotional emails, reminders of key dates regarding the programme or regarding the termination of their service subscription.
All of the content featured, displayed or offered for sale on this site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations, software and any other content (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by Megha Talwar, its licensors, vendors and/or its content providers. All elements of the site, including but not limited to the general design and the Content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights.

Legal Terms
This agreement will only be available to individuals with whom a legally binding agreement can be formed under English laws, for example any individuals who do not have bank accounts of their own, a legal address, a legal citizenship of a country would not be able to use this service.service.
The agreement will only be between Megha Talwar and the customer. No one else on their behalf will have the right to enforce any rights towards Megha Talwar apart from the customer themselves.
If one clause of the agreement is invalid due to any reason the remaining clauses will still apply unaffected. Each separate agreement term has its own individual value.
Any form of direct or indirect loss, injury, damage, illness or death caused by following the advice given on social media, nutritional program, training program, lifestyle advice or website will never be intentional and will not be the responsibility of Megha Talwar personally. As a customer, you Release and Indemnify her from any liability, instead the customer assumes and accepts any responsibility for their own safety against any hazards and dangers while following the plans and recommendations. Even if they wish to claim any liability, it will be limited to the amount they paid for the services and nothing more than that.
As a customer, you agree to release Megha Talwar “forever” from any responsibility or liability of any claim, loss or demand.
This agreement will be governed by the UK government laws if there was ever any serious dispute between us.
Megha Talwar reserves the right to hold the customer responsible for breaking the terms and conditions of this agreement at a later date even if there was no immediate action taken when they breached the agreement.
Megha Talwar has the right to assign, transfer the rights, benefits, our obligations under this agreement to a third party in whole or in part at any time without the approval of the customer.
Megha Talwar reserves the right to refuse her services to the customer, if she suspects any suspicious activity such as a fake bank account, fake address or if she suspects them to sign up for the service for their own commercial gain for example if they were receiving the plans and recommendations to sell them to others for a price.
Megha Talwar reserves the rights to make changes to the services to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements without the consent of customers. These changes will not affect the use of the service being offered.

Although, Megha Talwar attempts to provide recommendations based on the most up to date evidence based research and personal experience of over a decade, it is not possible to have all corners covered with so much research being conducted on a daily basis. At times, the information being given may not be the most up-to-date. If the customer follows the advice, they do so at their own risk. If they are struggling with mental health, it is advised to contact a suitable qualified professional.
Training requires physical exertion, if the customer is or has been physically injured, suffers from any chronic illness, has a serious medical condition or is currently pregnant, this service may not be suitable to them currently. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit enough to participate in an exercise training plan or healthy enough to follow a nutritional plan. Megha Talwar works independently. She is not associated with any other companies. She uses third party to help her deliver her services but she does not have any partners.
Responsibilities of Megha Talwar
Megha Talwar is responsible for creating and updating effective meal plans and training plans for the customers using evidence based research and personal expertise. She is also responsible for making lifestyle recommendations to the customer to create and sustain a better health over long term.
Megha Talwar is responsible for doing all the necessary research on the requirement of the customers in regards to reaching their goals.
Megha Talwar is responsible for keeping all information provided by the customer completely confidential such as their billing information, their personal details, their health history, their goals and life choices etc.
If there are any faults within the service or the programs recommended to the customers, please inform Megha Talwar via email and she will redo the programs for the customer. She is responsible for redoing any programs that have errors in them. Any faults or errors will not be intentional by any means.
Megha Talwar is not Responsible for
Megha Talwar is not obligated to instantly respond to any emails, messages or calls. A period of 3-4 working days should be given before pursing the matter any further. Megha Talwar will aim to communicate as soon as possible for her. In case she is on holiday, she will not be obligated to answer any communication until she returns. The holidays will be pre-announced. In case of any emergent situation such as death, she will aim to respond as soon as possible.
Megha Talwar is not responsible if the customer does not adhere to recommendations and fails to reach their target as a result.
Megha Talwar is not responsible for designing plans that are mindful of any allergies, medical conditions, health issues, health history, genetic conditions and physical injuries of the customers. The customers should only pursue the plan AFTER receiving a go ahead from a suitable health professional individually if they are not in optimal health. Megha Talwar is NOT a dietician, medical doctor or physiotherapist therefore, she is not equipped to provide nutritional or training advice for specific medical conditions or physical injuries.
When performing exercise plans, there is always a risk of injury due to incorrect form or the way the equipment is used. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their form is correct, the environment is safe and the equipment is being used correctly to perform any movements. Megha Talwar will not be present to watch any of these movements and therefore, cannot be held responsible for any poor technique, injury or even death. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of performing the workout. It is also possible for people to get injured following a perfect technique during exercising as sometimes people aren’t aware of their underlying injuries until they start performing physical activity and the pre existing injuries get flared up. If the customer feels any uncomfortable pain, they are recommended to stop immediately and seek medical help.
Megha Talwar will be using a software to demonstrate the exercises and physical activity recommendations. She is by no means personally responsible for the demonstrations or any damages caused to the client by the techniques recommended in the software.
It is part of the job for Megha Talwar to recommend any supplementation that could potentially help the customer have an overall improved health or assist with any current deficiencies that are not being fulfilled by diet alone. However, it is the customers responsibility to assess if any supplementation recommended to them might not be suitable for their health if already known. Megha Talwar is only making recommendations on supplements based on evidence based research and if any adverse effect take place. It is not the responsibility of Megha Talwar and it is not the intention to cause any harm. If a client has any adverse impact from any supplement, they are advised to stop taking the supplement immediately and keep a close eye on the side effects, get in touch with a medical doctor or emergency services to seek help.
Megha Talwar is not responsible for any adverse complications resulting from any actions taken by the customer at their own initiative. Such as any experimentation with any new products, diet plans, exercise plans, any recommendations that were not suggested by Megha Talwar.
Megha Talwar is insured with Hiscox (nutritional business insurance) and CIMPSA (personal training insurance) therefore, she is not liable to pay any financial cost directly/personally.
This service does not cover any additional costs such as food expenses, gym memberships, supplementations or bloodwork appointments. The customer is responsible for making these arrangements themselves.
Customer Obligations and Restrictions
The customer will be required to HONESTLY fill out information on their lifestyle, medical history, health history, macro-nutrients, micro-nutrients, supplement intake, body measurements, height/weight, goals, physical activity levels etc. prior to receiving any recommendations. This information is needed to personalise their recommendations as much as possible for optimal results. It is highlighted that none of the recommendations are claiming to attain guaranteed results.
The customer is responsible for tracking their own progress and making recommended changes once the process starts. If they fall short in hitting their set targets, they need to honestly log it so recommendations can be set based on the current situation. They are responsible for their own accountability and transparency. This information HAS to be disclosed on the check in. If the information is not disclosed, the customer is responsible if they do not reach their target.
The customer is entirely responsible for their own daily actions and end results. The customers own daily motivation, habits, effort, personal starting point, genetics physical and medical wellbeing will all influence their end results. Megha Talwar cannot control all these aspects.
The customer is responsible for being mindful of any allergies, food intolerances or physical injuries they personally have while being recommended suitable meal plans and training programs. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that if they experience any adverse effects that they immediately stop the diet plan and exercise plan and seek the help they need from a suitable professional.
While the customer will be provided with content, material, resources, information, personal advice, training and nutrition plans. The customer does not have authority or ownership over any of that material and they are not allowed to use any of it for their own commercial use or to sell it forward to others. There is limited license granted to the customers on the software subscription being used. Legal action will be taken against the customer if this clause is breached.
This agreement does not give the customer any right to represent Megha Talwar in any way. Nor does the customer become an agent, employee or partner by signing up to the subscription of this service. The customer does not have any rights over the brand based on this agreement.
The customer is not permitted to forward any spam, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters etc. using the website, software or social media as a source.
Any material that is copyrighted, patented, has trade mark or trade secret should not be shared on the website, software or social media without any legal authorisation of it. The customer is responsible for any legal consequences that may stem from their actions.
The customer is responsible for any activity that happens on their account and for safeguarding their own log-in details as well as account. Under the suspicion on the account being hacked, please contact Megha Talwar immediately so she can secure your account.
The customer is responsible for holding back up of their own data, any glitch in the website, software and on social media that causes theft, destruction, damage, deletion, correction or loss of stored personal data is not the responsibility of the Megha Talwar as she uses third parties for these services. The customer is encouraged to back up the data in a safe system of their own and keep on top of their safety online.
Any viruses or malwares from the website or software are not intentional but it is difficult to guarantee any form of safety. Megha Talwar will not be liable for any form of damage caused from any viruses or malwares. The customers are advised to maintain and keep up to date with their own security systems online.
If there are any damages or financial loss caused by the actions of the customer such as any viruses onto the system or any confidential information leaked by them that caused any harm to someone. The customer will be solely responsible for repairing those damages financially and personally.
The customer is not permitted to use the website for any unlawful activities with their access or impair the system. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, they agree to not hack the system in any way.
According to this agreement, the customer agrees to not hack this website, client portal and social media account, cause any form of damage towards it such as impairing/overburdening it or use it for any unlawful purpose. The customer agrees to not behave in any manner that could disrupt the use of this website, member portal and social media for others.
If there are any claims that the customer needs to make or any issues they need to address, they are responsible for contacting Megha Talwar within a 30 day period of its occurrence, if they do not address the issues within a month, they do not have the right to make any claims on it in the future. For example, if the price charged was not correct for the service, the customer has a month to address it with Megha Talwar to receive a refund however, after that period is over, she is not obligated to investigate the matter despite how severe the loss may be.
The service subscription is not transferable to others under any circumstances. The customer cannot sell their subscription, use the content for commercial purpose or share the information with other people. There will be legal consequences for any such act. The customer is responsible for keeping all the information confidential.
The customer is responsible for informing if any of the given personal information change or becomes updated.
The customer is responsible for asking any relevant questions or addressing any concerns via email or messages if it is impacting them in any way.
Customer Subscription Process
An introductory consultation is carried out to assess whether the customer and Megha Talwar would be the right fit for each other to work with. If the customer signs up to the service subscription, they are required to fill out a questionnaire that is used to gather information regarding their lifestyle choices, nutritional choices and physical activity. The information is used to create a tailored plan for their nutrition and training. Personalised guidance/ recommendations are also created to help them towards their goal regarding lifestyle choices. Improved lifestyle choices are the foundation of long term results.
After signing up, the customer receives access to the member portal with subscription content of tailored made plans and recommendations regarding their diet, physical activity, lifestyle, supplementation. A weekly check in is done with preferred communication where the plans or recommendations are altered if needed based on the feedback from the customer. During the check in, the customer can voice any concerns or any issues they are struggling with and they will be receiving guidance on how to navigate the problems. Emotional support and decisive problem solving is needed to see real changes.
The service subscription does not have a set contract term. The customer is charged monthly and they are allowed to cancel anytime they wish. The customer is not obligated to stay beyond the time they wish to stay or can commit to. When they do not wish to continue, they can cancel the subscription at their own will. They are obligated to send a written email stating their wish to leave to keep the records clear. They will not be charged from the following month. They will no longer have access to any of the content once their current subscription runs out at the end of the month.
Weekly Appointments
As a customer, attending the weekly appointments with Megha Talwar would be necessary to effectively strategize the direction of their personal goals. The duration of the appointments would be around 15 minutes depending on the necessity in the week.
Any means of communication would be acceptable such as skye, zoom, video call, voice call or messaging.
The appointments will have to be pre-booked the week prior. No appointments will be given on the spot or in the same week.
The customer is obligated to give 24 hours notice before cancelling any weekly check in appointments.
The aim of these appointments is to educate the customer, for Megha Talwar to ask relevant questions to guide them effectively and give the customer an opportunity to discuss any concerns or ask any questions they may have. It is the customers responsibility to ask any questions they may have.
If the customer fails to attend their appointment without informing Megha Talwar, they will not be given another appointment in the week. They will need to wait till the following week.
If the appointments are missed consistently then the agreement will be terminated altogether. Any concrete changes can only take place with equal effort from both ends.
Social media
Any content posted on any social media platform that tags Megha Talwar should be protected by intellectual property laws unless the customer owns or controls those rights or have received all necessary consents to use those materials in that manner.
If the customer chooses to share their personal stories or progress pictures with Megha Talwar through private messages, emails or on their social media where she is tagged. Unless the customer specify that they do not want their content of any form to be used, Megha Talwar assumes that the customer is granting her the right to share them with others on her social media platforms and website.
With the consent of the customer, the progress pictures or information of their progress would be shared on social media platforms or website. If their material is used with their proven consent, Megha Talwar will not be liable for any compensation to the customer for using their content that they choose to share publicly while tagging her or through using her services.
Megha Talwar reserves the right to edit or remove any content related to the customer on her social media platforms if she wishes to. She also is under no obligation to post the progress of the customer if she does not wish to. She also does not need to provide the customer with any reasoning for it.
Megha Talwar cannot be held liable for any hurtful comments made on public platforms such as her website or social media on any content related to the customer.
If there are any rules breached within this agreement, Megha Talwar holds the right to remove any of the content related to the customer from her social platforms such as social media and website.
As a subscription member, the customer has the right to participate on the social media platforms however, since the platforms are a common space for all members to share their personal stories and perspectives. Megha Talwar expects all active participants to treat each others with respect. Any form of abuse or unacceptable behaviour towards other members can result in termination of the customers subscription.
The social media or website will not be consistently monitored or reviewed therefore, the customer is responsible for their own interactions and safety online such as any public conversations between two members or any virus protection.
Megha Talwar does not take any responsibility if the customer chooses to share their own personal information with other members or create personal relationships on her social media platform. The customer has to do that at their own risk.
Enquiries, Complaints and Feedback
In order to contact Megha Talwar for any queries or complaints, please email meghatalwar2018@gmail.com. Your email will be answered within 3-4 working days.
Any complaints should be sent via email only, private messages or comments on social media, client portal or the website will not be responded to regarding any complaints.
Any complaints and feedback will be dealt with the utmost respect. Megha Talwar will try to the best of her ability to correct any shortcomings from her end if she is falling short in her duties.
Some form of errors at some point are inevitable and should be kept in mind before making any complaints. They will be dealt with but are inevitable to occur within any service at one point.
If a complaint is emailed but no further actions are taken by the customer. Megha Talwar should not be expected to pursue after the customer to solve the matter. The customer will be expected to pursue the issue themselves and respond.
Cancellation Policy
Once the customer cancels, they will not be requested to make any further payments. The customer is not obligated to commit to a time frame contract, therefore payments made will be done on a monthly basis and the customer is free to exercise their right to leave if they feel any dissatisfaction, their priorities change or any other reason. The customer is not obligated to give reasons. They need to email Megha Talwar in written form that they wish to leave to maintain a record. Any auto-renewal will be cancelled from the following month. They will lose access to the client portal once their current subscription runs out. They will not be entitled to any refunds from Megha Talwar under any circumstances for any previous payments. If the service is unsatisfactory according to the wishes of the customer, they are not obligated to book again or stay in spite of their wish to leave. If the customer cancels right at the start of the month, the time period will not be transferred to a further date, so they will not be entitled to claim any pre-paid days at a later date of choice. If they wish to rejoin, the customer will have to pay the monthly payment to rejoin. Megha Talwar does not offer the option of freezing the membership.
Suspension and Termination Clause
Megha Talwar has the right to terminate the agreement if the customer does not adhere to the recommendations or plans for a period of time as that does not serve her reputation and business.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer is confirming to maintaining a respectable and professional relationship with Megha Talwar. Any form of disrespect, inappropriate or problematic behaviour towards her can be a clause of termination of the agreement. Alternatively, any disrespect towards other customers on social media platform can also be a clause of termination of the agreement.
Megha Talwar has the right to terminate the agreement if she believes that even after investigation of the matter, the customer is consistently harassing her over a problem that cannot be dealt with, has already been addressed or is purely unreasonable. She does not need to provide any reasons.
Any acts such as violation of legal rights of others, threatening, abusing, harassing, defaming, stalking or invading rights of privacy without the consent are all discouraged and will be dealt with seriousness. In this case, Megha Talwar may terminate the agreement or could even involve the authorities if the matter requires her to do so.
Any topic, name, material or information that could be considered inappropriate or damage to her reputation, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful is discouraged and will be removed from the website, member portal or social media platform without informing. This could also result in suspension or termination of the subscription and agreement.
If the customer is sharing the content from the member portal which is created by Megha Talwar with other individuals without consent for commercial or financial gain. They can be legally tried and their agreement will be terminated.
Any failure to pay for the upcoming month will result in instant termination of the subscription. The customer will need to repay the monthly payment again if their membership has been terminated and purchase a new subscription. There will be no late fees for late payments as the subscription will be instantly terminated. Late payments WONT be accepted.
Any time that a customers account is suspended, it does not extend their agreement time any further. If their account is terminated due to late payment, their membership does not automatically extend further or becomes pre-paid if the matter is resolved by them re-joining. The customer will lose that time period from their subscription.
If the customer violates any code of conduct or any applicable conditions that are prescribed in this agreement, Megha Talwar has the right to terminate this agreement with her at any time. Megha Talwar can take legal action against them. If the customer suffers any damages due to the legal action taken against them, Megha Talwar will not be liable for any responsibility of it financially, emotionally and physically. The customer will not be entitled to any refund. They will no longer have any form of access to any of the digital content on the member portal. She will also not be obligated to give you any further information or reasoning for it or any repeated explanations if their agreement has been terminated due to any breach from the customer.
If the customers membership has been terminated due to serious issues, they may not be able to re-join and be banned for good.
If the customers agreement is terminated due to a breach, their data will not be instantly deleted in case there is any need for evidence for any legal matters. By agreeing to this agreement, the customer gives us the right to hold onto their data in this type of matter.
Megha Talwar has the right to share the information of the customer with authorities such as police or cyber crime bureau if the matter involves any legal concerns.
Payments Terms
Megha Talwar does not offer any payment plans. She also does not offer any instalment plans. She does not take upfront payments or run any promotional offers on the service. The payment price is non negotiable, it is a fixed price. There is no late fees allowed. There is no joining fee. There are no additional or hidden costs such as taxes.
By agreeing to this agreement, Megha Talwar is authorized by the customer to set up a monthly payment, depending on their choice of payment. The ideally acceptable payment method would be paying online via stripe on the member portal. Other acceptable methods include paypal, direct debit and standing order. Any cash, vouchers or credit cards will not be accepted.
The subscription payments handled through the Apple and Google app stores are under their terms and conditions. Other subscription payments that are handled by Stripe are bound by their terms and conditions.
This service will be available worldwide but the price will be charged in pounds. Other currencies are set by Apple or Google directly. For payments made via web, conversion to your home currency will be handled by your account provider and a conversion fee may be charged for this process. Depending on which country you are in, VAT may be added to the price, according to Apple and Android legislation.
The taxes are included in the overall price of the service. The customer will not be paying any additional costs for tax or any hidden costs set by Megha Talwar herself. She is not responsible for any VAT or conversion rates charged by third parties.
The monthly payment will be taken on the same date that the customer signs up each month unless it’s a Sunday or public holiday. In that case, it will be taken the following day.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have given accurate details about their personal and billing information and to keep them up to date if their details change.
The customer is responsible for paying their monthly subscription payment on time and having sufficient amount in their bank to pay the full amount.
When the customer provides any payment details to Megha Talwar, they are confirming to her that they are the authorised owner of that payment account being used.
Any payments made are non-refundable. The customer is allowed to cancel any further payments from the following month onwards. They will not be bound by any time-frame related agreement.
The customer is responsible for paying the monthly subscription even if they aren’t following the recommendations or have not achieved their goal. If the customer does not achieve their desired goal, that does not entitle them for a refund or excuse them from their monthly payments.
The customer is obligated to inform Megha Talwar on time if they do not wish to continue past the current month so, she can cancel the subscription before any unwanted payments. If the customer fails to inform her then she is not responsible for any unwanted payments going through. Nor is she responsible for giving any refunds.
If the customer wishes to cancel their subscription, they are encouraged to not cancel any payments from their bank account directly before informing and cancelling the subscription with Megha Talwar. They are requested to get in touch with Megha Talwar through a formal email stating your intentions, so she can cancel the subscription from her end and she has a clear record of their activity. They are not required to provide reasons.
If the customer choose to cancel their subscription at the start of the new month, they will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining days that they do not use.
The service subscription will automatically renew each month with the same applicable terms and conditions. If the terms and conditions are amended, the customer will be informed via email. If they continue to use the service subscription, then it will be assumed that they have accepted the amended terms and conditions.
If the subscription is declined due to insufficient funds in the customers account, Megha Talwar is not responsible for contacting the bank. It is responsibility of the customer to contact the bank and resolve the issue. Their member subscription will get cancelled if the payment doesn’t go through. The customer will have to rejoin. There is NO joining fee so there will be no additional costs for re-joining.
If the subscription is declined due to suspicious protocols such as fake bank account details, we reserve the rights to flag that to appropriate authorities. Any repeated attempts with wrong billing information could also be flagged to the authorities.
Megha Talwar reserves the right to change the prices of the subscription without informing the old customers, if the customer had previously signed up to the subscription, please reconfirm the pricing before signing up again. The most up-to-date pricing will be displayed on the website. If it is a current customer in question, they will be sent an email prior to any changes coming into effect and they will have the right to cancel the subscription if they don’t wish to pay the increased price.
Megha Talwar holds the right to increase the price of the service based on the inflation and economic condition. Due to inflation, the prices may increase every 1-2 years.
There will be no refunds offered under any circumstances in respect to the services such as accidental purchases, unused program, unused time, physical injuries, medical conditions or even death.
If the customers expectations of a physique or health aren’t met via these programs and recommendations, that does not make them entitled to any form of refund or gives them the right to hold Megha Talwar responsible for it in any way. The customer is responsible for monitoring their own progress and making your own life decisions. Megha Talwar is ONLY providing recommendations and evidence based research.
The customer will be liable to pay for any legal fees that may arise while, pursing any issues caused by them such as installing a virus or bug onto the system.
If there are any payments taken that are not part of the monthly direct debit, please contact Megha Talwar immediately via email. The customer will be liable to a refund of an unauthorised payment that isn’t part of their subscription. But any payments part of their subscription are non-refundable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Megha Talwar if the amount charged is not correct, if there are errors with the due date or the payment isn’t authorised.
Third Parties
Megha Talwar may involve third parties to assist her in providing a convenient wholistic solution to the customer. For example, appropriate softwares, payment processing etc. therefore, these third parties may have access to the customers personal information. Although, they will be legally bound to not share that personal information forward to anyone, it is important to inform the customer regarding this matter.
If there are any errors in the website, member portal or social media, it is not in control of Megha Talwar personally as she uses third parties to manage these systems for her. She does not specialise in technology. Megha Talwar cannot personally guarantee an error free website, member portal or social media accounts at all times. Any viruses or technical problems are not intentional and should be treated as such.
Megha Talwar does not personally operate the systems of the softwares used. She is not responsible for any failure taking place on these softwares personally. she is also not responsible for any issues caused by the third party companies. She is only responsible for the service she is providing directly to the customer.
Any payment issues with third parties is not the responsibility of Megha Talwar and it is recommended that the customer contacts them directly. Megha Talwar is not responsible for getting involved in any interaction between the customer and any third parties.
